ARSADA Kritik Rancangan Perpres
Kekhawatiran muncul dari para Direktur Rumah Sakit Daerah di Indonesia, jika status Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) menjadi UPT dibawah Dinas Kesehatan.
Perubahan itu tertuang dalam rancangan Peraturan Presiden tentang organisasi RSD dan Tata Hubungan Kerja RSD dengan Dinas Kesehatan.
Menyikapi wacana tersebut, Asosiasi Rumah Sakit Daerah (ARSADA) Se Indonesia menggelar sosialisasi Rancangan Peraturan Presiden, di di Auditorium RSUD Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin pada Sabtu, 5 Maret 2016.
Hadir para Direktur RSUD di Kalsel, bahkan ada yang dari Kalimantan Utara. Ketua ARSADA Kalsel, dr. Abimanyu, Penasihat ARSADA Pusat, Umar Wahid dan Hariadi, Plt. Ketua Arsada Pusat, dr. Heru.
Plt. Ketua ARSADA Pusat, dr. Heru mengatakan, sebelum terbitnya Undang-Undang No.20/2014, melalui perubahan perundang-undangan, sebenaranya telah tercapai kondisi optimal yang paling kondusif untuk RSUD. selama ini pembinaan Dinas terhadap Rumah sakit dinilai masih lemah, karena memang kompetensi terhadap rumah sakit masih rendah. "contohnya kepala dinas kesehatan yang tidak mempunyai latar belakang kerumah sakitan, lalu tiba-tiba datang dan pembinaan apa yang sudah dilakukan" ujarnya lantang.
