Memperhatikan Peraturan Presiden No : 55 Tahun 2012 tentang Strategi Nasional Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Korupsi Jangka Panjang Tahun 2012-2025 dan jangka menengah Tahun 2012-2014, Peraturan Presiden Nomor: 70 Tahun 2012 tentang perubahan kedua atas Peraturan Presiden No.54 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah, bahka K/L/D/I wajib menayangkan RENCANA UMUM PENGADAAN di Website dan portal pengadaan nasional (LPSE). Berkenaan dengan hal itu, RSUD Dr. HM. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin menayangkan Rencana Umum Pengadaan (RUP) kegiatan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah (APBD) tahun anggaran 2016 sebagai berikut,
