Memperhatikan Peraturan Presiden No : 55 Tahun 2012 tentang Strategi Nasional Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Korupsi Jangka Panjang Tahun 2012-2025 dan jangka menengah Tahun 2012-2014, Peraturan Presiden Nomor: 70 Tahun 2012 tentang perubahan kedua atas Peraturan Presiden No.54 Tahun 2012 Tentang Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah, bahka K/L/D/I wajib menayangkan RENCANA UMUM PENGADAAN di Website dan portal pengadaan nasional (LPSE).
