Dukungan RSMAS untuk SPBE Pelayanan Publik Prov Kalsel
Sebagai upaya peningkatan terhadap indeks Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) pada bidang pelayanan publik,
RSUD Ansari Saleh turut serta berpartisipasi dengan Penggunaan PA-MANTRI online, yaitu sistem Pendaftaran Mandiri Tanpa Antri.
Dengan aplikasi ini, pasien rumah sakit dapat mendaftarkan diri tanpa perlu antri pada loket pendaftaran terlebih dahulu.
Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan oleh pasien umum maupun pasien BPJS.
Sekda Prov. Kalimantan Selatan, H. Abdul Haris Makkie memberi apresiasi terhadap dukungan dari RSUD Ansari Saleh terhadap peningkatan indeks SPBE Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.
Seluruh SOPD didorong untuk terus melakukan inovasi untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat.
Pendaftaran Online yang sudah digunakan sejak Juni 2018 ini, sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2019 tercatat telah digunakan oleh 6700 pasien, dengan rata-rata pengguna sebanyak 420 orang per bulan.
Terbanyak poliklinik yang menjadi tujuan pendaftaran adalah poli fisioterapi den rehab medik, poli kaki diabet, dan poli Syaraf.
Pa-Mantri online diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif cara pendaftaran bagi pasien yang mau berobat di RS Ansari Saleh, lebih mudah dan membantu para pasien menghemat waktu menunggu di loket pendaftaran.
