Perawat RS Ansari Saleh Semakin Profesional dengan Aplikasi SIKAS
Asuhan keperawatan yang berkualitas dapat dicapai dengan adanya profesionalisme keperawatan dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit (RS). Pelayanan keperawatan yang bermutu dan safety di RS menunjukan bahwa perawat di RS tersebut kompeten. Menjadi salah satu peran Komite Keperawatan melalui sub komite kredensial untuk berusaha selalu menjaga kompetensi tersebut dengan proses kredensial.
Asuhan keperawatan yang baik dan berkualitas juga tidak lepas dari prilaku etik dari pemberi asuhan yang selalu terjaga. Prilaku etik yang mterjaga tentu harus dipelihara dengan adanya penilaian etik yang teratur dari atasan langsung, juga pembinaan secara berkesinambungan. Penilaian etik dan proses kredensial keperawatan dilakukan melalui sebuah sistem yang di berinaka SIKAS.
Aplikasi ini adalah bentuk komitmen RS Ansari Saleh dalam menjaga profesionalitas dalam asuhan keperawatan. Penggunaan Aplikasi yang optimal sangat diharapkan sehingga RS Ansari Saleh menyelenggarakan In House Training Prilaku Etik Keperawatan, kredensial dan bagaimana Fungsi Aplikasi SIKAS untuk penilaian etik dan proses kredensial hingga terbit SK penugasan klinis dan rincian kewenangan klinis keperawatan, pada tanggal 31 Mei 2022, yang diselenggarakan di ruang aula lt. 5,gedung emerald.
