Memperingati Hari Ulang Tahun TNI Angkatan Udara yang ke-77 tahun 2023, Komandan Pangkalan TNI AU Sjamsudin Noor beberapa instansi, salah satunya adalah RSUD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh untuk mengikuti kegiatan olahraga bersama (Gowes) Forkopimda Kalimantan Selatan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada pagi Kamis, tanggal 4 Mei 2023 bermula dari pelepasan peserta gowes dari titik start Gedung Mahligai Pancasila, Banjarmasin, pada pukul 06.30 WITA menuju garis Finis yang terletak di Kota Banjarbaru atau lebih tepat nya pada lapangan sepak bola Pangkalan TNI AU Sjamsudin Noor yang ditempuh peserta kurang lebih sejauh 27 KM.
Kegiatan Gowes ini diikuti oleh sejumlah pejabat diantaranya Danrem 101/Antasari, Danlanal Banjarmasin, Danlanud, Basarnas, Kapolda Kalsel, Serta Pimpinan SKPD lingkup Prov. Kalsel, sedangkan RSUD dr. H. Moch Ansari Saleh mengirimkan 10 orang yang terdiri dari beberapa Pejabat Struktural dan juga beberapa staff untuk mengikuti giat tersebut. Sekitar pukul 10.00 WITA semua peserta gowes tiba di garis finis dilanjutkan dengan makan bersama sembari menggundi doorprize yang sudah disiapkan oleh panitia diantaranya adalah beberapa barang elektronik seperti kulkas, dispenser, dan lain lain serta beberapa buah sepeda sebagai doorprize utama dan menutup giat hari itu.
