Pelatihan Frontliner Bagi Karyawan RSUD Ansari Saleh
Sebagai salah satu rumah sakit milik pemerintah, RSUD dr.H.Moch.Ansari Saleh dituntut untuk selalu memberikan pelayanan yang prima. Terhitung dari Januari 2016 RSUD dr.H.Moch.Ansari Saleh resmi menyandang predikat ter AKREDITASI PARIPURNA yang setara dengan 5 (lima) Bintang. Yang mana pencapaian tersebut merupakan hasil dari seluruh Karyawan RSUD dr.H.Moch.Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin.
Setelah mendapat predikat tersebut langkah selanjutnya adalah mempertahankannya. Untuk mempertahankannya jauh lebih sulit dari mencapai kelulusan akreditasi. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan yakni dengan menggelar Pelatihan frontliner karyawan RSUD dr.H.Moch.Ansari Saleh bekerjasama dengan A-Talent, Senin (21/3). Pelatihan berlangsung selama 5 (lima) bulan ke depan, konsepnya berupa pelatihan langsung atau on the spot saat karyawan sedang bekerja. Petugas frontliner yang mengikuti pelatihan berjumlah 80 orang yang langsung dengan pasien dan keluarganya diantaranya resepsionis, security dan cleaning service. Pelatihan ini memudahkan karyawan untuk bekerja dan membuat SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) yang disepakati bersama.
Melalui pelatihan ini, frontliner (resepsionis, security dan cleaning service) dilatih dan dididik bagaimana semestinya mereka bekerja sehingga dapat memaksimalkan kepuasan pasien dan keluarganya.(Rv-Humas)
