INHOUSE TRAINING ON GOING PROFESIONAL PRACTICE EVALUATION (OPPE) KEPERAWATAN DAN JENJANG KARIR PERAWAT SERTA APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI KEPERAWATAN ANSARI SALEH (SIKNAS)
In House Training Sosialisasi OPPE Keperawatan dan Jenjang Karier di tingkat perawat/bidan pelaksana dan kepala ruang menggunakan Aplikasi SIKAS di RSUD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin, pelaksanaan tanggal 5 April 2021, diikuti oleh 28 orang Kepala Ruangan.
OPPE atau On going Professional Practise Evaluation adalah suatu metode yang digunakan oleh institusi pelayanan kesehatan untuk melakukan evaluasi kinerja klinis, evaluasi pengembangan profesi dan evaluasi prilaku etik staf kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan di institusi tersebut. Perawat/bidan adalah pemberi asuhan yang sangat penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Kegiatan asuhan yang diberikan selama 24 jam menjadikan ia orang pertama yang mengetahui perkembangan kesehatan pasien yang diberi layanan kesehatan.
OPPE dan jenjang karier keperawatan yang dikembangkan berbasis Aplikasi Web, diharapkan memudahkan perawat/bidan untuk memiliki database, sehingga evaluasi kinerja dan jenjang karier tersimpan dengan baik. Kemudian juga database tersebut dapat digunakan pimpinan RS untuk mengambil kebijakan di area keperawatan.
Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari In House Training ini adalah :
- Memahami tentang OPPE Keperawatan dan jenjang karier keperawatan di RS
- Terlaksananya Penilaian OPPE di RS by Aplikasi SIKAS
- Terlaksananya proses kredensial by Aplikasi SIKAS
