TANGGULANGI PENYAKIT INFEKSIUS RS ANSARI SALEH SELENGGARAKAN IN HOUSE TRAINING PENCEGAHAN DAN PENGENDALIAN INFEKSI (PPI)
Petugas kesehatan dalam pelayanan khususnya Pelayanan Rumah Sakit sangat rentan untuk terpajan Infeksi karena mereka yang bersinggungan dengan pasien dengan berbagai macam penyakit yang dideritanya. Hal ini tentu sangat merugikan dan menjadi tantangan bagi untuk dapat mencegah terjangkitnya Infeksi pada dirinya. Kejadian Infeksi Hai’s dapat dicegah dan dikendalikan apabila perilaku petugas kesehatan sesuai dengan prinsip pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi. Hal ini tentu
tidak lepas dari pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap yang dimiliki. Rumah sakit harus memberikan pengetahuan keterampilan untuk mencegah dan mengendalikan infeksi, salah satunya dengan program pelatihan In House Training.
Era Pandemi Covid 19, peran Tim PPI khususnya IPCLN dituntut untuk selalu update dengan ilmu dan perkembangan terkini. IPCLN di RS Ansari Saleh masih belum semua memiliki sertifikasi pelatihan PPI, sehingga perlu untuk diberikan pelatihan tentang PPI, untuk mempersiapkan IPCLN yang handal dan kompeten dibidang PPI. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tim PPI melalui program in house training PPI.
Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan pada Selasa – Rabu / 07-08 September 2021 di AulaDiklat lantai 5 Gedung Emerald. 28 Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan tersebut dilipih dari Perawat bidan IPCN/IPCLNruangan rawat inap.
