Direktur RSUD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Membuat Kue Masubah
Setelah lomba memasak antar SKPD di lingkungan Prov. Kalimantan Selatan yang diadakan tahun 2023 lalu, maka tahun ini pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan mengadakan lomba membuat kue khas banjar dalam rangka hari jadi Prov. Kalimantan Selatan ke-73 sekaligus Dirgahayu ke-78 Republik Indonesia. Bertempat di Halaman Kantor Gubernur, Banjarmasin, Sabtu (12/8/2023) pagi.
Lomba memasak wadai Banjar ini diikuti sebanyak 22 SKPD lingkup Pemprov Kalimantan Selatan, salah satunya adalah RSUD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin. Direktur RSUD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh (dr. Among Wibowo, M.Kes., Sp.S) bersama tim yang terdiri dari karyawati Inst. Gizi tampak antusias mengikuti kegiatan lomba ini memasak kali ini. Belum mendapat kesempatan untuk memenangkan perlombaan kali ini tim RUSD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin tidak patah semangat untuk menjadi pemenang ditahun-tahun berikutnya.
Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menjaga sportifitas, terutama kekompakan antar SKPD. Penilaian dalam lomba kali ini tidak hanya rasa namun juga penyajian dan kreatifitas. Adapun kue yang diperlombakan tahun ini adalah kue masubah. Kue ini dijadikan materi lomba karena merupakan wadai khas dari sungai jingah dan masih banyak yang belum tahu bagaimana bentuk dan rasa wadai ini, maka dari itu, Pemrintah Prov. Kalimantan Seletan ingin menghidupkan kembali kepopuleran wadai tradisional khas kita ini.
