Upayakan Peningkatkan Mutu & Keselamatan Pasien, RSUD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Gelar Pelatihan SDM
Peningkatan mutu pelayanan merupakan prioritas utama Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh, salah satu upaya peningkatan mutu bisa dicapai dengan Sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang handal serta memahami konsep tentang keselamatan pasien. Berdasarkan paparan tersebut Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh menyelenggarakan pelatihan Peningkatan Mutu dan Keselamatan Pasien pada tanggal 14-15 Mei 2024 yang diikuti oleh 120 peserta yang terbagi dalam 2 kelas, kelas pertama pada tanggal 14 Mei 2024 dan kelas kedua pada tanggal 15 Mei 2024.
Adapun Peserta mewakili seluruh profesi yang ada di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh mulai dari Cleaning Service, Security, Perawat, Dokter, Administrasi dan lain lain. Setelah kegiatan ini Peserta diharapkan mampu memahami Kebijakan Peningkatan Mutu & Keselamatan pasien RSUD dr.H.Moch.Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin, pentingnya data indikator mutu untuk monitor dan meningkatkan program PMKP rumah sakit, memahami indikator dan profil indicator Mutu, dapat memulai dan membangun Budaya Keselamatan dan memahami IKP ( Insiden Keselamatan Pasien).
