Tema : Implementasi Pelayanan CSSD LAUNDRY dalam Mendukung Rumah Sakit Menuju Akreditasi JCI
I.PENDAHULUAN
Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD)DAN LAUNDRY memiliki peran yang esensial dalam mendukung keselamatan pasien dan pelayanan yang mengarah kepada standar Internasional. Dalam pelayanan medis di Rumah Sakit, CSSD Laundry merupakan salah satu unit di rumah sakit yang dapat berperan dalam mendukung rumah sakit menuju akreditasi JCI. Sampai saat ini masih banyak Rumah Sakit yang belum melaksanakan pelayanan CSSD Laundry dengan optimal.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut perlu adanya upaya yang terus - menerus agar Rumah Sakit di Indonesia dapat memberikan pelayanan CSSD Laundry yang dapat disetarakan dengan standar Internasional. Upaya-upaya itu haruslah diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja unit CSSD Laundry di Rumah Sakit dengan meningkatkan kompetensi SDM yang terampil, pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana, alokasi anggaran serta sistem manajemen yang dapat menjamin pelaksanaan kerja yang tepat dan berhasil guna untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal
Untuk itu Persatuan Instalasi Pusat Sterilisasi Indonesia (PIPSI) akan mengadakan Pelatihan CSSD laundry di Rumah Sakit.
II. TUJUAN
A. UMUM :
Terciptanya pelayanan CSSD Laundry yang berkualitas dalam upaya mendukung Rumah Sakit menuju akreditasi JCI.
B. KHUSUS :
Setelah mengikuti Pelatihan, di harapkan peserta:
–Memahami peran dan fungsi CSSD Laundry dalam mendukung di Rumah Sakit menuju akrediasi JCI.
–Memahami peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab pelayanan CSSD laundry dalam PPI.
–Mengerti dan trampil dalam melakukan kegiatan CSSD laundry , Inventory, dokumentasi dan pemeliharaan alat.
